Pregnancy Exercise

Pre-natal & Birth Doula

Our comprehensive doula membership offers doula support from booking during the antenatal period to birth with a post-birth check-in.

CM services provide physical and emotional support, including breathing techniques, pain management strategies, and encouraging self-advocacy for your desired birth outcome.

Hiring a CM Doula will provide continuous support throughout your transition as a mother. Building bonds will help reduce anxieties and provide helpful information to help combat pregnancy symptoms or stressors.

Our services include assisting with position changes, helping with comfort measures, encouragement and reassurance.

 

Postpartum Doula

The role of a postpartum doula often proves to be invaluable support for new mothers and mothers again. As discussed across our antenatal education package, there are many factors to consider that will help this healing process and benefit the transition into mothering.

Intentional mothers enlist this emotional, practical well-being support package benefit from cooked meals, newborn care, breastfeeding and sleep support.
