We are, because we know by committing to this package for four hours and asking questions you and your birth partner will be able to implement the knowledge you gain pre-labour and birth, to help reaffirm your maternal power, some things you may already know giving you the confidence to transition, it will offer reflection opportunities or clearer understanding of birth and its process. These sessions are packed with valuable skills, tips and encouragement that mothers and fathers before you have put into practice and achieved their birthing wishes. To gain the most value and impact on your birth experience is based on your commitment to be vulnerable, willing to learn and share your thoughts. *You must be at least 32 weeks pregnant. *Birthing partners encouraged. *Group sessions limited max 5 participants (not including birth partners).
